12 Months Warranty Original Products No Hidden Fees

1. Warranty Coverage

All eligible products purchased from Gozmax are covered by a 12-month limited warranty starting from the date of delivery.

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Hardware faults under normal usage
  • Defective components not caused by misuse
  • Factory-related performance issues

Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Gozmax.

2. What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Physical damage, drops, cracks, or liquid exposure
  • Power surges, electrical instability, or improper voltage
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Software issues, viruses, or operating system corruption
  • Damage caused by misuse or negligence

3. Warranty Claim Process

To request warranty service, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Gozmax Support with your order number
  • Provide a clear description of the issue
  • Attach photos or videos if requested
  • Wait for confirmation and instructions from our support team

Do not ship any product without prior approval from Gozmax Support.

4. Repair or Replacement

After inspection, Gozmax will determine the appropriate solution:

  • Repair of the defective product
  • Replacement with the same or equivalent item
  • Refund (only if repair or replacement is not possible)

Replacement items may be new or refurbished, depending on availability.

5. Shipping & Handling

Warranty-related shipping terms:

  • Inbound shipping to Gozmax may be required
  • Outbound shipping after repair/replacement is covered by Gozmax
  • All shipments include tracking numbers
  • Shipping partners include DHL, FedEx, and Aramex

6. International Warranty

Warranty coverage is valid for customers in supported regions. International warranty claims may be subject to additional verification.

Customs duties and taxes are already included in the product price.
